We were impressed by the sophistication of the SRX30 -Yachtline-
After several charter vacations, we thought about buying our own boat. After a lot of research on the Internet, we finally came to the company in May 2021 during the coronavirus pandemic. Öchsner to Kürnach. Mr. Küffner had informed us in detail about the individual yachts. We then visited the SRX30 -Yachtline- in the exhibition hall. We quickly realized that the SRX30 would be our boat. We were delighted with the furnishings and the ingenious use of space. The powerful engine and the fact that you can still trailer this size of boat really impressed us. Ideal for our needs! Thought, done… we signed the purchase contract.
From Kürnach directly to the Müritz on vacation
1 year later, on 15.07.2022, the handover finally took place. Slipping the boat with Mr. Florian Öchsner and the subsequent driving took away our concerns about handling the boat.
The many introductory videos provided by Öchsner were a great help!
Our son quickly got used to the boat and the horsepower. As we wanted to try out our Nautic Lu on the Müritz right away, we had previously purchased the equipment from Obelink in Winterswijk (NL). A true camper’s paradise.
After the important part of the weighing was done, the next day we hit the highway heading north/east. Despite the dilapidated concrete highway and later the narrow lanes, the car and trailer behaved excellently. We can highly recommend the sailing marina in Rechlin, nice and helpful harbor masters are on site. The harbor masters there handle slipping very easily, as the slipway had a steep incline, the boat slid off the trailer very easily. Unlipping was also very easy. With a speed of 60 km/h on the Müritz (only on the water ski areas, otherwise 25 km/h applies), the ride was great fun.
The journey home was also very pleasant. Unfortunately, the water level in our home port on the Rhine was very low, so we had to have the boat craned in Emmerich.
We look forward to more tours on the Rhine and will report back.
Best regards from the Nautic Lu team Leonard, Thomas and Ulrike
