10 years of successful generational change – 10 years of Öchsner-Boote GmbH & Co. KG
Already as a small boy I enjoyed working on boats with my father and today, at almost 40 years of age, this passion is unbroken. Today designing and developing boats and their manufacturing techniques is one of our core tasks.
The contact with our customers helps us to adapt our products to the needs again and again and to expand our wealth of ideas. I would like to personally thank each of them for the great reports and suggestions over the last few years. (Click here for the testimonials)
I am particularly proud of our WIDE-BEAM hull, which was first used in a production boat in 2013. This technology plays a key role in the current product line, making many features and refinements possible, such as transporting an inflatable boat or jet ski on our top of the range SRX30. The cooperation with my employees runs on an equal footing, because only together is it possible to meet the quality requirements of our customers and to generate economic success.
In the current situation, it is important to make full use of the technical means to keep communication at a high level. The founding of Öchsner-Parts GmbH & Co. KG, a company that focuses on the construction of state-of-the-art aluminum trailers for our boats, is a highlight of recent years. Here we have managed to combine large weight savings paired with enormous ride quality. (More information about the aluminum trailer x35v)
Thanks to our modern company structure and large storage capacities, we are able to produce reliably and deliver to our customers on time, even in times of material shortages and delivery bottlenecks.
10 years ago the first contracts were signed under my responsibility as managing director at the “Boot 2012” (fair Düsseldorf). Today, 10 years later, you realize how important it is to break new ground, because events such as trade fairs are currently not possible.
